Video: Green Team beats up hybrid driver (NSFW)

Funnymen Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and Adam Mckay are the "Green Team" in the above web comedy sketch. The video includes the trio driving an electric golf cart and beating up a guy that drives a hybrid. Why? Will explains "just because it's a hybrid does not mean it does not burn gas." When I wrote this article, the video had over 112,000 views. TA warning, the video is not safe for a work for many, many reasons.

Does it mean I'm old if I don't think that raping a woman for smoking a cigarette is funny?

This video has no information, very little humor and parts that are highly offensive. There are venues for 'shock' humor, but from my standpoint, AutoBlogGreen is not one of them. Unless you can come up with some reason why it should be on this site I would suggest it be removed.

GoodCheer, I think comedy is important. I don't mean something as clear as the Daily Show asking questions the news networks won't. I don't like to intellectualize popular culture but I think the underlying message here is green is going mainstream and that means the inclusion of rapists. I know that sounds stupid but it's a joke. They are clearly a group of close friends on a set somewhere making jokes. There are many crimes committed in the video but I don't think anyone for a moment thinks it encourages it. If Saturday Night Live made a crude joke about greens and vehicles should we not write about it? This is really not that different.
